Drain on paper towels or brown paper.<br />Heat butter in skillet; sauté the chopped tomato, onion and green chile for about 1 minute. Put tortilla strips back into the skillet.<br />Pour beaten eggs into the skillet over other ingredients and cook, stirring often, until mixture sets. Nathan (13) has been in charge of our weekly budget for a week following on from his brothers Aaron (11) and Jacob (8) his reign of crazy wild party time ends tomorrow and we may return to some stability with Danny(15) but who knows for sure...
